Do you use templates?
The structure may use proven UX patterns where they make sense, but the visual direction, hierarchy and customer journey are designed around the individual business rather than applying a generic agency template.
Can you redesign an existing website without changing everything?
Yes. A redesign can range from improving visual hierarchy and key conversion pages to a complete rebuild. The scope depends on what is already working and what is holding the site back.
Do you design mobile first?
